We are growing rapidly based on our use of state of the art equipment, environmentally friendly solutions, stellar customer service and progressive business approach. We are a winning team and we are looking for other high caliber well drilling professionals to join us. We are in immediate need of an experienced, Lead Water Well Driller with a Class A ,NC Driller's license. Driver's license required. CDL not required.
An ideal candidate for this position would be hard working, mechanically inclined, able to work long days in all weather, able to lift and carry 50lbs, work safely at a quick pace, make common sense decisions, have strong attention to detail, and lead and follow instructions well. Some weekend work may be needed, but we try to keep it to a minimum. We are a drug-free workplace that requires pre-employment and random drug testing. We also require that candidates have a criminal background free of any felonies.
Job responsibilities include: leading on site drilling operations, installing wells, teaching crew members, monitoring crew progress, promoting client and team member satisfaction at all times, maintaining equipment, shoveling, cleaning augers and trucks, driving trucks safely to/from job sites, and other various duties (drilling and non drilling related) as assigned. The person who fills this position must behave with integrity and provide exemplary customer service at all times.
We believe in sharing the wealth! Our pay is above the national average and we operate in an area with a low cost of living in south eastern NC. We offer a strong base pay package and we share our profits in the form of a performance commission. We believe that if we succeed, you should share in the financial results. A top performer in this position could potentially earn equal to or greater than $40K per year. We are also offering a signing bonus of up to $5,000 for those who qualify.
